Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how you can return and refund your shoppings and warranty claims.
 
RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable): 

  • book with obvious signs of use.

  • any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. 

 
REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@emys.co. 
 
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

WARRANTY CLAIMS

 

This warranty covers ("the Product") against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase ("the Warranty Period").

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in workmanship. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or any other causes beyond normal use.

  • During the Warranty Period, seller will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective parts or the entire Product. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished.

  • To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact seller by fulfilling SUPPORT form. The purchaser may be required to return the defective Product, and shipping costs may apply.

  • Repaired or replaced Products are covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 3 months for the same fault type, whichever is longer.

  • The warranty does not cover routine maintenance, software updates, consumables, or expendable parts, including but not limited to batteries.

  • This warranty is void if the Product's serial number is altered, defaced, or removed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, EMYS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from the use or inability to use the Product.


 
EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Only defective or damaged items can be exchanged. Certain products consist of several components, referred to as accessories. In the event that one of these accessories is defective or damaged, only that specific component will be replaced. Damage to one of the accessories does not warrant the replacement of the entire set.

 

Be informed that the battery needs to be charged at least once a year. If the product is stored in our reseller's warehouse for more than one year, the battery may need to be unlocked or replaced by our service. A locked or damaged battery cannot be the basis for replacing the entire product.


For the exchange of a Product with the same item, an email should be sent to support@emys.co. The responsibility for covering the shipping costs for returning the item lies with the customer. It is noted that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted accordingly. The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on the customer's location. For items valued over $75, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Receipt of returned items cannot be guaranteed by us.
