Terms and Conditions - Online Training
§ 1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions set out the rules for participating in online training sessions organized by EMYS Sp. z o.o. (hereafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

The training is delivered remotely via the Organizer’s platform at a time selected by the Participant.

The training is conducted in English.
-
To join the training, owning an EMYS robot is required.
-
Participation in the training implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
§ 2. Participation Requirements

The training is intended for individuals who have purchased access to the course or received an invitation from the Organizer.

Each Participant is required to book and purchase two training sessions, each lasting 1 hour (60 minutes).

The training fee covers both sessions and it is not possible to purchase a single session separately.

Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a device compatible with the selected training platform.
-
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues on the Participant’s side.
§ 3. Registration and Payment

Registration is done via the form available on the Organizer’s website 👉 LINK.

The total cost of the training is €210 (incl. VAT), which includes access to two training sessions.

Payment must be made via bank transfer no later than 3 days before the first session.

If payment is not received by the deadline, the reservation will be canceled.
§ 4. Rescheduling

Participants are allowed to reschedule their training session once, by informing the Organizer at least 48 hours in advance.

After this deadline, rescheduling will not be possible.
§ 5. Cancellations and Refunds

Participants may cancel their booking by informing the Organizer at least 48 hours before the training.

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the training, the fee is non-refundable.

If the Organizer cancels the training, the Participant will be offered a full refund or the option to choose a new date.
§ 6. Training Structure

The training is conducted by a qualified instructor appointed by the Organizer.

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude and not disrupt the session.

Recording or sharing the training content without the Organizer’s consent is strictly prohibited.

The training consists of two 1-hour sessions and is conducted in English.
§ 7. Certificate of Completion

After completing both sessions, Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

The certificate will be sent electronically within 7 days of the final session.
§ 8. Organizer's Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for how the Participant applies the knowledge gained during the training.

The Organizer is not liable for technical difficulties on the Participant’s end.
§ 9. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g. server failure, internet outage, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events), the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the training.

Participants will be informed via email.
§ 10. Technical Requirements and IT Support

Participants are encouraged to test their connection and equipment in advance.

The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues on the Participant’s side.

§ 12. Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated via email or published on the Organizer’s website.

Any matters not covered in these terms are subject to applicable provisions of the Civil Code.

Any disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Organizer’s registered office.
