We should start as young as possible, certainly by the age of 3. Children acquire pronunciation very very easily and they acquire nearly perfect English pronunciation.
(Starting at...) an early stage also means that children will be successful at later stages of learning.
The right method is the communicative method. Take every opportunity in the classroom to speak in English. If this does not happen, in further education children are afraid to speak.
